We’re in a strong growth phase, and our current setup has reached the point where we need more structure, clearer ownership, and a stronger “bridge” between Sales and Expert Recruitment.
The opportunity
We’re hiring a Client Delivery Lead to create that bridge.
You’ll partner closely with our Account Managers to build client relationships, translate commercial conversations into clear project setups, and ensure delivery quality from end to end. You’ll also take real ownership over our expert relationships: helping source, recruit, vet, and manage experts, while coordinating day-to-day execution with Recruitment Assistants.
This is a high-autonomy role where communication and judgment matter as much as process.
What you’ll be responsible for
Client partnership & delivery ownership
- Become an internal-and-external authority of project fulfilment: own and intimately understand our client projects, managing a 360° scope of client mandated projects.
- Work side-by-side with Account Managers on key accounts: join client calls and provide fulfilment input where needed, build trust, and deepen relationships.
- Convert client needs into clear project briefs and execution plans (scope, timelines, expert profile, risks, success criteria).
- Own project setup end-to-end: kick-offs, internal handovers, documentation, and execution workflows.
- Maintain and continuously improve delivery quality (expert fit, responsiveness, communication clarity, outcomes).
- Proactively identify issues (timeline risk, brief misalignment, expert quality) and resolve them quickly and calmly.
Expert recruitment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with experts: create a community feel, keep them engaged, and ensure repeat participation.
- Support expert recruitment: define ideal profiles, guide sourcing strategies, review candidates, and help conduct vetting.
- Improve our vetting standards and matching logic, raising quality without slowing speed.
- Own the full expert recruitment cycle, from identification, vetting (via phone/email), on-boarding and project fulfillment as well as ad-hoc tasks such as running trial projects to ensure all commercial projects are met within deadlines
- Create and maintain expert-facing materials and “ways of working” that make it easy for experts to collaborate with us.
- Provide strategic direction on proactive expert recruitment/ expert community building, in line with diverse client needs and company goals.
Team coordination & execution
- Work closely with Recruitment Assistants: set priorities, create briefs, provide feedback, and ensure consistency.
- Bring structure to the delivery engine: templates, checklists, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the “glue” across sales, delivery, and recruitment, ensuring information doesn’t drop and clients feel taken care of.

- Project delivery, client services, customer success, or account operations in a fast-moving environment.
- Recruiting, talent sourcing, community building, or expert/vendor management.
- Consulting-style problem solving: scoping, translating messy needs into crisp plans, and executing.

- Experience in search: expert networks, research/insights firms, or B2B marketplace-style businesses.
- Life-science background
- Comfort with systems/processes (Hubspot, Coda)
