Your job is simple to say but big to do: make sure people stick with the habit. That means creating a customer experience that feels personal, smooth, and genuinely useful at every step.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who can own retention and customer experience from start to finish. You’ll work on the practical things - flows in Klaviyo, subscription tools, customer service setup - but also shape the long-term strategy for how we add even more value to our customers beyond just products.
It’s both a hands-on and high-level role. Some days you’ll be deep in customer data or tweaking an onboarding flow. Other days you’ll be looking at the bigger picture: what’s driving churn, what customers need, and how we build loyalty for the long term.
What You’ll Do
- Drive retention and reduce churn through smarter systems and better experiences
- Build and optimize retention flows (onboarding, loyalty, win-back, referrals)
- Manage and improve subscription experience (Recharge/Loop)
- Elevate customer service to be fast, personal, and scalable
- Turn feedback into improvements across product, marketing, and operations
- Set up clear reporting and testing for retention
What We’re Looking For
- +5 year experience in customer success, retention, or lifecycle management (ideally in subscriptions or e-commerce)
- A track record of reducing churn and growing lifetime value
- Comfort with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Recharge/Loop, and Manychat
- Someone who likes to dig into data and run experiments
- A clear communicator who works well across teams
- A customer-first mindset: empathetic, but also focused on efficiency
