Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Monitor and manage assigned tasks by proactively tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up to meet project deadlines and operational goals.
- Facilitate supplier onboarding and data maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with internal policies and procurement standards.
- Create, process, and monitor purchase orders and invoices, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines and timely payment cycles.
- Oversee the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, finance, and suppliers to maintain operational efficiency.
- Accurately code and validate invoices in accordance with accounting standards and organizational cost structures to support financial reporting and compliance.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication to resolve queries and support collaborative workflows.
- Collaborate across departments in a cross-functional capacity, contributing to process improvements and supporting various business functions as needed.
- Provide ad hoc support and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain process integrity.
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Excellent opportunity for Students pursuing Masters degree in Science or Procurement and able to commit to work part-time are suitable for this role.
- Demonstrate strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret key financial data and its impact on operational decisions.
- Leverage working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems to support procurement, invoicing, and supplier management processes; prior experience with SAP is considered a strong asset.
- Communicate fluently in both English and Danish, both verbally and in writing, to effectively collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness in all interactions across various levels of the organization.
- Maintain a clear and organized overview of assigned tasks, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion through effective prioritization and attention to detail.
