Student Assistant to support People and Organization at BioInnovation Institute Foundation (BII)
Do you want to work in a vibrant, fast-paced organization that constantly strives to bring science to life? Do you have an eye for coordination and structure, and want to learn more about recruitment processes and onboarding? We might have your next working experience as our new student assistant in the People & Organization team.
Your opportunity to join BII
Our new P&O student assistant will work in an essential coordinating role, where you will join and assist a dedicated team of 6 employees. As part of our team, we hope you are keen to help the department reach our ambitious agenda and want to join us in redefining the future of HR as we embrace the dynamic intersection of people and organization.Depending on your own interests, you will also support a broad range of both operational and strategic P&O initiatives.
Your tasks and responsibilities as our student will include:
- Scheduling recruitment interviews with colleagues internally across the organization for candidates
- Administration and execution of feedback to candidates
- Responding to inquiries from candidates and colleagues
- Ensuring databases and P&O systems are updated and maintained
- Support onboarding process of new employees
- Support and execution of P&O Events
- Create presentations and support with ad hoc tasks as they pop up.
In the P&O team, we work with a flexible and responsible approach where you will have the freedom to plan and execute your tasks in the manner you see most appropriate. Of course, we don’t expect you to know all of this, and we will introduce you to all the operations you will be a part of.
Your Professional & Personal Spirit
To be a part of our team, you can come from various educational backgrounds. Still, the crucial element is that you see yourself as detail-oriented and structured with a flair for coordination and administration. You will be working in an organization where everyone is dedicated to creating new life-science solutions, and of course, we would love for you to feel motivated by this too. Ideally, you would have some experience within administrative processes and coordination, but most importantly, you aspire to ensure good experiences for our employees and candidates.
Furthermore, we hope to meet a candidate who:
- Have at least two years left of their education
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Free to work approximately 15-20 hours a week next to your studies
