The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, structured, and entrepreneurial Commercial Sales Lead to spearhead our efforts in the health and longevity segment. You will play a key role in bringing our biomarker into new clinical and laboratory settings - particularly private longevity clinics, wellness centers, and diagnostic labs globally.
This is not a typical sales job. We are looking for someone who can both contribute to and execute a go-to-market plan, generate leads at scale, and help shape how ViroGates communicates value to a growing market of proactive health providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on clinics and labs in the longevity, wellness, and aesthetic medicine sectors
- Identify and engage new B2B customers through direct outreach, partnerships, and lead generation campaigns
- Build and manage a high-activity sales pipeline from first contact to onboarding and post-sale support
- Understand the business models and purchasing logic of modern health clinics and translate technical value into strategic benefits
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales & Marketing as well as management to align messaging, feedback loops, and pricing
- Track sales performance through CRM tools and deliver consistent reporting on progress and outcomes
- Represent ViroGates at relevant conferences, trade shows, and digital health events
We want you to be an integral part of our small team, so we expect you to mainly work from our office in Birkerød. However, we do provide the flexibility of working from home occasionally if the task permits it and/or when necessary. The job is a full-time position, and you will report directly to our CEO, Jakob Knudsen.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within healthtech, diagnostics, clinical services, or wellness
- Familiarity with how longevity clinics, private diagnostic labs, or health optimization providers operate
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving organization - you are independent, pragmatic, and do not wait for instructions
- Structured in your approach to sales activity, CRM usage, pipeline tracking, and customer follow-up
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (our company language); Danish not required
