At oasicare, we are committed to developing solutions that enhance the standard of care for women. Our first product is a single-unit device designed to reduce the risk of perineal tears, which we aim to market as a class I medical device. Currently, we are in the development stage and are running initial pilot tests at a Danish maternity ward.
The position
We are seeking a full-time customer relationship & marketing specialist to drive our engagement strategy and ensure successful market entry and growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong business foundation, with hands-on experience in the medical device sector, including B2B and B2C sales, customer segmentation, and both digital and non-digital marketing. You will play a critical role in managing relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, distributors, and other key stakeholders, while contributing to oasicare’s broader go-to-market and brand strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to various customer segments within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with hospitals, clinics, midwives, and distribution partners.
- Design and run marketing campaigns using both digital (e.g., SoMe, email marketing, SEO/SEM) and traditional (e.g., trade shows, printed material) channels.
- Maintain and grow a robust CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups and customer nurturing.
- Provide customer feedback to the product and R&D teams for continuous improvement.
- Represent Oasicare at events, exhibitions, and demo sessions.
- Support onboarding and training of new users and customers in clinical settings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MSc or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Health Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally with customer-facing or sales/marketing responsibilities.
- Proven track record of successful B2B/B2C engagement and sales within healthcare.
- Experience working in or with clinical settings is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics.
- Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfort working in a startup environment: agile, resourceful, and impact-oriented.
