Step into our world as our new Brand Marketing Manager, where you’ll play a crucial role in our mission to build, discover and nurture the next generation of startup ecosystem initiatives, investment vehicles, and startups in the Nordics.
For more than two decades, PSV has helped startups like Vivino, Trustpilot, Veo, and Glycom get off the ground. Today, we’re building a new kind of venture capital firm — we call it a Venture House. And we need someone like you to help us shape, sharpen, and spread the word.
What you’ll actually be doing
Together with our small, ambitious, collaborative Brand & Communication team (You, the director of Brand & Communication and a Brand & Communication Assistant) who believe in doing serious work without taking ourselves too seriously you’ll take charge of PSV’s marketing and content across platforms. From building brand presence on LinkedIn, to crafting copy for emails and landing pages, to writing founder stories that cut through the noise – you’ll be the one telling the tales of our venture house. You’ll drive campaigns that make an impact and content strategies that build long-term awareness.
Your day-to-day might include:
- Playing a part in developing, testing and validating PSV’s mix of content and brand marketing efforts
- Structuring and planning PSV’s content calendar
- Launching and executing content marketing initiatives for and with founders, ecosystem players and internal teams at PSV – leading the process from idea to execution.
- Writing and scheduling sharp, engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and website updates
- Running e-mail campaigns that people actually open – and crave more of
- Supporting the design and execution of small, high-impact events
- Tapping into behavioural and campaign data to tweak messaging and improve performance
- Updating and optimising website, preferably with an understanding of SEO
You don’t have to be a data geek (but super cool if you are), but you’ll need to care about what’s working – and what’s not. Experimentation, iteration, and insights will be part of your creative process.
What we think you bring
You’re a Swiss Army knife in communication and brand marketing. You’re creative with a love of structure. A storyteller who can think in metrics. Someone who knows how to lead with clarity but isn’t afraid of navigating in unknown territory. You don’t miss a chance to try something bold if the brand can carry it. You’ve likely worked in the startup ecosystem – whether inside a startup, at a VC, or somewhere related, so you know the pace, the energy, the trends and news cycles. Maybe you don’t know all that yet, but you’re dying to know and are just waiting for the chance to get your foot in the door.
You probably have:
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or creative content role – maybe you just started your career, maybe you’ve been in the game for years. We care more about who you are than how many years you’ve been around.
- Structured; think project manager personality with a creative mind, sharp pen and a data-driven edge. You’ll scope ideas, be hardcore at prioritising, super-duper at managing stakeholders, and keep things moving from brief to publish.
- A portfolio of content that spans across formats – social, blog, newsletters, events maybe even PR
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot or similar, Wordspress, Figma, Notion – or the desire to get comfortable with them quickly
- Perhaps you have experience with developing and activating audience personas and campaign strategies
- Great if you have worked with PR efforts to make sure the right stories land in the right outlets
- Full professional proficiency in English and Danish
