Support our growth in the Nordics
As our Nordic operations evolve, we’re looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator to join our Copenhagen office. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while supporting the local team with hands-on operational coordination.
This role is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive, comfortable balancing recurring financial tasks with ad hoc operational support in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our Nordic Finance team and Operations team to ensure stability, accuracy, and scalability.
What You Do
- Financial Operations You’ll support the daily financial processes that keep our business running:
- Manage invoices, expenses, and credit card reconciliations (e.g. Pleo, Mastercard)
- Issue client invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Support monthly closings and prepare simple internal reports
- Provide payroll input and liaise with external providers
- Help update budgets and support financial planning
- People & Admin Support You’ll play a key role in keeping our office and employee processes on track:
- Keep employee data up to date in our HR system (HiBob)
- Track vacation and changes for payroll purposes
- Coordinate onboarding tasks like system access and documentation
- Support during busy periods with admin tasks and internal questions
- Internal Projects & Improvements You’ll help roll out new tools and improve how we work:
- Support the implementation of systems like Deel and Pleo
- Help document processes and keep internal guides clear and current
- Work with colleagues in Finance and People & Culture to improve workflows
What You Bring
We grow collectively, and we're looking for someone who brings a collaborative mindset, practical approach, and a desire to create real impact.
- A relevant academic background, this could be a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent vocational education with hands-on finance experience is also welcome.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance coordination, controlling, or office operations
- Detail-oriented and dependable with a structured approach to recurring tasks
- Strong communicator with a proactive and hands-on mindset
- Fluent in English; Danish or another Nordic language is a plus
- Familiarity with Finance/HR tools
