Our group consists of 14 entities, all supported by shared functions such as Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Facilities. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will support our teams and ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards.

About the Role
As a Legal Counsel for People Process, you will play a key role in handling a wide range of people-related matters and administrative tasks. You will ensure compliance with current legislation, maintain accurate people data, and contribute to developing effective people processes and creating structure.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and develop our contracts and contracts management, including people templates’ adherence to legal requirements
- Legal responsibility for recruitment processes and onboarding workflows to ensure compliance with employment law and internal governance
- Manage legal aspect of contract workflows related to changes in employment terms, such as salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus agreements
- Provide legal guidance on matters related to expatiations, pensions, work permits, and insurances
- Lead compliance efforts across critical areas, including data protection, AI, pay transparency, whistleblower scheme and working environment regulations
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of the contract management system
- Maintaining and administering data in our people and contract systems
- Administering leave and absence (e.g. sick leave, vacation, parental leave) in collaboration with payroll
About You
As the ideal candidate, you hold a degree in law or commercial law (e.g. Cand.jur. or Cand.merc.jur.), and:
- Bring in solid experience in employment law (including Salaried Employees Act (funktionærloven), Holiday Act (ferieloven), Childbirth Act (barselsloven)), Act on an Employer’s Obligation to Inform Employees of the Conditions Applicable to the Employment Relationship (ansættelsesbevisloven)
- Have experience or prior knowledge of data protection, data privacy, AI and other compliance topics
- Are detail-oriented and work in a structured and proactive manner
- Enjoy both advisory work and hands-on data tasks
- Have people management experience or an ambition to grow in that direction
- Have good English communication skills
- Are highly service-oriented and energized by helping others
- Are empathetic team player who supports a positive workplace culture
