Head of CQV
Join Aconsil Aps as Head of CQV (Commissioning, Qualification and Validation). We are a successful project consultancy firm aiding Denmark's leading companies in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
We are seeking a skilled and committed Head of CQV to grow and lead our current CQV team comprising capable and motivated professionals. The position:
In the role as Head of CQV, you will integrate with the Management Team, playing an instrumental role in Aconsil's progression and scaling. Your responsibilities will include mentoring your CQV team and taking on client project assignments as a "hands-on leader." You are expected to enlarge the team with 3-6 additional members over the next few years.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the CQV team in alignment with established CQV principles and activities, ensuring personal and professional growth for each team member
- Maintain and broaden client relationships to guarantee optimal deployment of team capabilities.
- Work closely with the Management Team to drive the company's continual growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of CQV activities within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries (experience in the medical device sector is advantageous)
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with a passion for leading and developing a high-performing team
- Outstanding communication skills
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline
- Preferably, experience in consultancy (with a background in consultant sales being beneficial)
- Ideally, previous experience in managerial roles
