Then we might have the perfect opportunity at BioInnovation Institute, where we are looking for a Program Manager to join the Program Management team.
Your Opportunity to Join BII!
As a Program Manager, you will join a passionate team of four dedicated colleagues, all united by the ambition of incubating world-class life science and catalyze the commercialization of new solutions through start-ups by using our knowledge, network, funding, and infrastructure.
You will play a key role in the strategic planning and development of the venture program BII Quantum Lab in collaboration with DIANA and host core program elements such as onboarding, bootcamps, and summits. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a real difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring coordination within the DIANA program team incl. colleagues from several departments and external consultants and stakeholders.
- Engaging directly with the participating startups to ensure that they get full value out of the program.
- In some cases representing the DIANA program in national collaborations and at events and visits.
- Liaising with key national defence stakeholders and the regional defence ecosystem.
- Ensuring that the learnings from the DIANA program are integrated into the BII programs and vice versa.
- Collaborate with the DIANA HQ in London and the other DIANA accelerators across NATO to ensure continuous development and improvement of the program.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Management team to ensure overall achievement on the venture programs
- Collecting data on the startups and ensuring reporting to both DIANA and BII.
