Be the new Lead Finance Operations & Procure to Pay Accountant

Currently, we are looking for a new Lead Finance Operations & Procure to Pay Accountant who has experience in accounting, finance operations and accounts payable management. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Operations & Procure to Pay Accountant to join our Financial Controlling & Operations Team. This combined role will be pivotal in managing end-to-end invoice processes and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our DK and US operations.
Responsibilities:
- Co-lead the Procure to Pay process and manage vendor relationships.
- Own the PTP system and oversee employee expense management.
- Handle ERP bookings in D365 and ensure Customs and VAT compliance across countries.
- Support bank reconciliations, securities booking, and share-based accounting.
- Improve month-end closing, accruals processes, and internal controls.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in accounting, finance operations, and accounts payable.
- Strong ERP knowledge, preferably Microsoft D365.
- Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to high accuracy and compliance standards.
