Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented student for the role of Commercial Assistant to join our team. You will support the marketing department by managing and updating marketing materials, coordinating with warehouses, and ensuring the smooth distribution of materials to customers. Additionally, you will help maintain our online presence and archive marketing materials efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for tracking and follow up on activities assigned.
- Support in structuring and updating marketing materials
- Support in printing of marketing materials including communication to warehouses
- Safeguarding discontinuation of expired materials
- Simple uploads to websites and
- Monitoring stock of marketing materials in warehouses
- Send out materials to customers
- Archiving marketing materials
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Previous experience in a marketing role or internship
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Excel and other marketing software and tools
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
