We are seeking a Business Developer & Technical Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and help us advance the adoption of our technology worldwide.
Job Summary:
As a Business Developer & Technical Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role to grow the adoption of Agrobiomics production portfolio Woldwide, coordinating the communication with customers, compiling market insights and trends to guide R&D and product development activities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the target markets, including industry, companies, projects, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Attract interest in products by advertising, networking, developing relationships and listening to feedback from customers
- Develop and manage special projects as required, including research assignments, presentations and project documents for marketing and communications, go-to-market, and business development initiatives.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Develop, manage and execute events and tradeshows to create business development and networking opportunities.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral and promotional material to support the agriculture practice’s marketing initiatives and related go-to-market and business development activities.
- Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs).
- Measure and analyze the success of all marketing initiatives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with key contacts (internal and external).
Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge
- 5+ years of marketing and B2B experience with an agriculture background and/or agriculture sector experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple diverse tasks and deliverables within one or more projects
- Business acumen and business development experience
· Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English is a must and ability to speak Spanish and Portuguese is a great addition.
Reporting
The role reports to Agrobimics CEO, Ananda Scherner.
