Now, we’re looking for a visionary scientific leader to join as Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder to drive the science, R&D strategy, and help shape the future of this company.
🧪 What You'll Be Doing
As CSO & Co-Founder, you will:
- Lead the development ofour nanoencapsulation system for enzyme protection in the stomach
- Further develop our novel enzyme system for alcohol degradation
- Scientific strategy across research, development, testing, and regulatory pathways.
- Design and oversee lab studies and formulation work to optimize enzyme activity and delivery.
- Collaborate with external partners, CROs, and academic labs.
- Translate scientific findings into product development roadmaps and IP strategy.
🧠Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking a rare blend of scientific depth and startup scrappiness—someone ready to roll up their sleeves and take a science-driven product from the lab bench to the market.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Enzymology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Entrepreneurial mentality: proactive, adaptable, resourceful.
- Strong communicator and team-builder.
- Passion for health, science, and creating something impactful.
Great to have:
- Strong understanding of enzyme function, engineering, and stability.
- Experience with formulation science, especially for oral delivery supplements or therapeutics.
- Familiarity with dietary supplement and/or novel food regulations
- Experience in alcohol metabolism or functional food.
