We are growing and strengthening our IT team! We are adding a new, exciting role to our headquarters in Lund and recruiting an IT ServiceDesk Team Lead.
If you are passionate about service, have great organisational skills and strong IT support understanding, then you might be the one we are looking for.
You will have a unique opportunity to be part of our growth and enter a new role, taking the lead for the global IT user support in Camurus.
The role:
• Manage the IT ServiceDesk and ensure high-quality support.
• Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on IT ServiceDesk performance.
• Coordinate and coach the ServiceDesk staff.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Provide training and support to IT ServiceDesk staff.
• Provide hands-on support when needed.
Your profile:
The candidate we are looking for has proven experience from an IT ServiceDesk, probably from a similar role. You have a university degree in IT or Computer Science and a solid understanding of what makes great IT support. Your knowledge of Microsoft and HP products is strong.
You know IT support processes and best practices and will be able to contribute with your experience to further improve our user support. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
