We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic and adaptable SeniorProject Leader to join our small growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with partners, including R&D, regulatory, clinical and manufacturing to ensure project alignment and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical sites, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Handle unforeseen challenges with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration).
- Minimum of +3 years of project management experience, preferably with at least 1-2 years in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Comfortable making decisionsand adapting to shifting priorities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture.
- A collaborative mindset, willing to wear multiple hats as needed in a startup environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
