Product Manager Cell-Based Solutions
As a Product Manager for Cell-based Solutions, you will be part of Product and Innovation Management, within the Commercial Team, responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the marketing strategy for your product portfolio.
You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing Communication, R&D, Production, QA/RA, and Executive Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and manage a dynamic product portfolio
- Drive the strategic development for your product portfolio
- Develop and implement product innovation and marketing strategies
- Create and execute annual marketing plans focused on growth and lifecycle management
- Lead marketing activities related to product development and market launch
- Monitor competitor activity, market dynamics, and customer feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Civil Engineering, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Expertise in product and lifecycle management
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus
Experience in international Life Science companies or MedTech is a plus.
