Currently, we are looking for a new GxP Application Manager, with a track record of implementing and maintaining IT Applications/Systems in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Business IT Projects and Applications (BITPA) is a team in our Global IT, who ensures implementation and maintenance of critical IT Applications in Zealand Pharma. We are a growing team of 10 Application Managers and Project Managers, who work closely together within IT and also across many departments in Line of Business.
You will be System Responsible for our new Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) and get the unique possibility to participate in the implementation of a brand new system. You will be part of a dynamic team that holds system responsibility for many IT Applications, so you will also back up colleagues and assist on other internal applications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in implementation of new SCE Application.
- Plan for and implementing upgrades, bug fixes, changes etc. in close collaboration with end users.
- Assure good communication to and from end-users, process owner and data owners by e.g., hosting System Steering Groups.
- Daily administration i.e., user maintenance, user assistance, and problem solving
- Performing Periodic System Reviews.
- Assure a validated and compliant system status in close collaboration with users, Process Owners, System Owner and suppliers throughout the system lifecycle.
- Present system validation during audits and Inspections.
Candidate profile
- 3+ years in experience with GxP IT applications in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and in writing.
- A facilitator that can drive progress and motivation in IT projects.
- A translator that can help Zealand Business understand the technical aspects ensure supplier understand Zealand needs.
- Preferably experience with participating in regulatory Inspections
