Epista Life Science is growing, and we are looking to add Change & Release Managers to our team!
About the job
More and more Life Science companies are moving their business operations to the cloud and need to adapt their ERP cloud systems to better fit their rapid growth. Many of our clients need support to stay in control in this ever-changing landscape. That is where you come in.
A Change & Release Manager’s main goal is to ensure effective system changes by establishing and facilitating a process that maximizes the number of successfully implemented IT changes. Due to industry requirements for stable and high performing production in an increasingly dynamic environment, it is critical to be able to deliver frequently while carefully authorizing necessary changes.
Authorization includes risk and impact assessment, compliance and validation, budget approvals, and change documentation. Following a change authorization, IT changes need to be planned, tested, and released to operations in a stable, validated, and controlled manner. Here, the release strategy must be coordinated with relevant stakeholders and set into one shared release plan that considers goals, timelines, and resources.
In addition to managing the change and release lifecycle, the Change & Release Manager is responsible for reporting to various levels within the organization from CTO to various business units.
