The Role
As Supply Manager at Adcendo your responsibilities will encompass:
- Establish and expand the supply chain for distribution of clinical trial supplies to fully support the development strategy.
- Ensure robust and efficient supply in clinical development and timely delivery to patients
- Efficiently manage the development, manufacture and release of IMP – including vendor oversight and vendor management of the CMO.
- Support and oversight of the logistics of IMP, APIs, DPs, and DSs
- Collaborate with CDMOs/CMOs to coordinate shipments on behalf of Adcendo
- Lead and support projects, e.g. sourcing, warehouse & distribution strategy, supply chain improvements
- Collaboration and oversight of sourcing from 3rd parties towards CDMO`s (supply agreements, raw material supply and contract negotiations)
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have solid experience from a similar role and thus a thorough understanding of supply management in the biotech industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related health care industry.
- MSc degree or equivalent in a relevant life science subject
- An in-depth knowledge of International Standards and GDP.
- Experience with planning, leading and follow up of development projects in the pharmaceutical industry
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and ability to think and act quickly to identify creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks, with attention to detail.
- Flexible and able to adapt to company growth and evolving responsibilities.
Other details
- The position is full-time and comes with the expectation of significant on-site presence at our Copenhagen offices.
- The Supply Manager will report to the CTO.
