QA Professional (Maternity Cover)
Apr. 2025-Apr. 2026 (With the possibility of extension)
Do you want to ensure quality that makes a difference in people’s lives?
At Dawn Health, we’re not just creating digital solutions—we’re raising the bar in healthcare by ensuring the highest standards of quality. To continue our journey, we need a QA Professional who thrives on structure, collaboration, and problem-solving.
About the role
As a QA Professional (maternity cover), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and high standards across the organization. Your tasks will include:
- Driving NC/CAPA processes: Facilitate investigations, define appropriate corrections and corrective actions, and ensure follow-up to resolve issues effectively and mitigate recurrence.
- Documenting and improving processes: Develop, maintain and update QMS documents, including SOPs and work instructions, ensuring clear and practical guidelines.
- Training and development: Support maintenance of our training setup, including creating training profiles and delivering classroom training sessions.
- Managing supplier quality: Assess new suppliers and perform annual re-evaluations to maintain strong partnerships.
- Preparing for audits: Support internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with our certification portfolio.
- Implementing changes: Manage projects related to implementation of new legislation and standards, ensuring smooth integration into the QMS.
This role requires a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach, as you’ll collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure quality in everything we do.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience working with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 experience is a plus).
- Holds a minimum B.Sc. or equivalent, potentially within engineering, pharmacy, or a similar field (not a requirement if you bring the right skills and mindset).
- Has experience from pharma or medical devices (advantageous but not essential).
- Excels in stakeholder management and thrives in roles with a broad range of collaboration.
- Combines a structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Enjoys being part of a social and dynamic team—we value collaboration, and our team days and board game nights are proof of that!
What we offer
At Dawn Health, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven organization where your work will directly contribute to improving healthcare. We offer:
- An impactful role: Support the creation of healthcare solutions that save lives.
- A collaborative team: Join passionate, skilled colleagues who value teamwork and fun.
- Growth opportunities: Learn and grow in a supportive, innovative environment.
- Work-life balance: We know how important it is to balance work and personal life.
