We are looking for talented Project Coordinators to support our fast-moving product development, who has experience with project and budget management. Responsibilities
As the Project Coordinator, you will be reporting to a Project Vice President in Development. You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating drug development projects from first human dose to regulatory approval. You will support the Project VP and Core teams with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure effective project delivery. You must ensure seamless communication and collaboration between various internal and external stakeholders and project teams, continuously supporting project management progress and professionalism. The Project Coordinator protects the reputation of Zealand and must follow the current version of the Zealand Pharma quality policy.
Candidate profile
We are looking for the right candidates who can hopefully tick off as many of the boxes below:
- You hold a relevant administrative background or similar and have more than 3 years of experience from a comparable job position - preferably with project management and budget management experience. Ideally, you also bring a basic understanding of drug/device development.
- You are used to being part of a multi-cultural team and you are fluent in oral and written English is this is a requirement.
- You show a high level of IT proficiency in MS Package, and other IT systems.
- As a person, you possess strong organizational and proactive planning skills, and you can prioritize and deliver high-quality results in a professional manner.
- You have a good sense of diplomacy and know how to handle matters of high sensitivity.
- You are solution-oriented with a strong quality mindset and a highly structured approach to your work.
- You are service-minded and enjoy working with a cross-functional group, and you are generally an optimistic individual with a high self-drive and energy level.
