Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Taking an active role in our highly engaged Nordics commercial team, demonstrating a high degree of team spirit, curiosity & integrity with true passion to make an impact & a genuine interest in people
- Co-piloting the fast-paced commercial agenda of our Scandinavian markets, by deeply connecting with our business and by building best-in-class analytical tools, converting data into insights and insights into relevant business opportunities
- Creating strong, value-based relationships with our customers, wholesalers and internal stakeholders at Sandoz
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Currently studying Master’s degree or in last year of Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Economics, Technical or Data Sciences or related higher education
- Passionate to make an impact – showing up positive, resilient and open-minded with a high degree of learning agility, flexibility and can-do mentality
- Genuine team player with collaborative growth mindset; well-structured, outcome-oriented; holding self & others accountable to meet commitments
- Fluent in written & spoken English & Danish (or other Scandinavian language)
Desirable Requirements
- Potential and the ambition to grow into a Commercial Analyst position – showing up naturally curious and with will to win
- Experience with advanced analytics tools (Alteryx, etc.) or learning agility & willingness to upskill
