You will be part of our People & Organization department covering HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and our newly established Organizational Development & Learning team. In this role you will report to the Senior Director, Head of Organizational Learning & Development.
This role requires a specialist profile with a keen eye for bringing innovative ideas to people development, engagement and change. You will be responsible for driving organizational change and fostering employee engagement to support the Zealand Pharma culture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change initiatives and strengthen engagement, motivation and sense of belonging in support of the strong Zealand Pharma culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within change management, engagement and organizational development and we hope that you will thrive with the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive overall change management approach and plans to support specific organizational transformation projects
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, providing guidance and support on managing change and people engagement
- Design and deliver training and other resources to support change initiatives and contribute to strengthen change management capabilities across the organization
- Drive people engagement and organizational listening, including innovative solutions, specific initiatives and projects supporting the Zealand Pharma culture and providing actionable insights to the organization
- Support the overall P&O agenda by contributing to organizational and team development in collaboration with People & Organization colleagues, including delivery of team development initiatives
- Collaborate closely with leaders and teams to craft change and people communication messages for major change and culture-supporting initiatives
- Build strong relationships across the organization to drive alignment and involvement in cross-functional change and engagement projects
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management and people engagement
Candidate Profile
To be a success in this role the most important trait is your interest in people and that you bring a positive can-do-attitude. You are a passionate advocate for people and organizational development with a knack for driving meaningful change and engagement. Furthermore, we hope that you can tick as many as possible of the following boxes:
- Proven experience in change management, employee engagement and communications ideally in a corporate or consulting environment
- Solid toolbox within change management and organizational development and the ability to apply it, guide and advise others as subject matter expert
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering initiatives and building strong and close relations across the organization
- Preferably knowledge from the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- A degree in human resources, business administration, communications or a related field is preferred
