Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Marketing Manager - International Trade Business (maternity cover for 1 year) for our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an advisor on marketing related topics in partnership and work closely with Sales Manager to decide on partner initiatives incl. review and comment on activity/brand plan and follow up on KPIs related to this matter
- Utilize Q-bank (or similar tool) as a platform to inspire and motivate partners to initiate local commercial activities
- Product training; increase product knowledge of Karo's product portfolio, through various activities (eg live meetings, webinars, samples, one-pagers etc)
- Keep our partners up to date on corporate initiatives and general news form the company, it through newsletters and other channels
- Create partner events and together with Sales Coordinator plan and execute
- Continuously evaluate portfolio plans (i.e. potential launch of new products with partners) and ensure performing gap-analysis on active assortment, line extensions and identifying potential markets for new developed products from Global Marketing, as well as life cycle management of current assortment
- Identify and liaise with local media advisor
- In collaboration with Sales Manager building business case with clear actions to secure long-term growth Link to Global Marketing
- Close cooperation with Global Brand Managers, channeling and adapting information from Global Marketing to the ITB team and the other way around
- Lead digital/online initiatives in the ITB team, in close dialogue with digital team
- Brand web pages: securing structure and processes that allows for constant updates and overseeing that our partners following guidelines and optimizing content
- Online marketing and social media: providing our expertise on this high potential but complex topic to our partners and thereby helping them to make smarter decisions
- E-commerce: Monitoring progression of global e-retailers and support on proactive actions to capitalize on opportunities Market intelligence
- Understand local market conditions in ITB markets, specifically in markets where we are responsible for sales and marketing (sales through a 3rd party logistic set-up, without local distributor to drive market activities)
- Increase market knowledge and constantly sharing this with relevant stakeholders; both internal and external
- Oversee need of market intelligence within the department and request proposals from data providers, such as IQVIA A&P Investments
- Manage the Marketing Budget, plan and follow up A&P-spends (A&P-file) over the year in cooperation with Head of ITB
- Follow up on A&P investments and make, when needed, priority calls Ensure our Marketing Campaigns follow local regulations for Marketing and Life Science Constantly add feedback loops in projects to ensure constant improvements
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, specifically within international trade or consumer healthcare
- Experience from Brand Management and Commercial sales to Swedish pharmacies and online customers
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies for diverse international markets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and derive actionable insights
- Experience with people leadership paired with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building relationships
- Strong portfolio that showcases conceptual and copywriting skills and results from marketing programs and web content
- Strong ability to assess complex information and produce copy in alignment with strategy, audience and voice
- Drive and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage the workload
- Experience in digital marketing and familiar with online marketing tools and analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
