We are growing our team with a passionate People & Culture Business Partner who will play a key role in supporting our leaders, teams, and employees as we continue to scale our organization and build a workplace where people can do their best work.
In this role, you will act as the dedicated People & Culture Business Partner for our Commercial and Product Delivery departments. You will work closely with leaders and employees, support the full employee lifecycle, and take ownership of key initiatives that strengthen our culture, engagement, and employee experience.
You will become part of an established and collaborative People & Culture team, working alongside another People & Culture Business Partner as well as close colleagues across Finance, Facility, and IT. Together, you will ensure that our people, teams, and organization have the right support, processes, and environment to thrive.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will:
- Act as a trusted People & Culture partner for leaders within Commercial and Product Delivery, providing sparring and guidance on people topics, team development, organizational needs, and employee matters.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers – from role definition and sourcing to interviews, candidate experience, and hiring decisions.
- Own and continuously improve our onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and consistent employee experience.
- Support the employee lifecycle by working with performance, engagement, development, retention, and people-related initiatives.
- Own and drive employee engagement initiatives, including pulse surveys, insights, follow-ups, and actions that strengthen our culture and ways of working.
- Drive internal People & Culture communication initiatives, including newsletters, employee updates, and initiatives that keep our organization connected and informed.
- Plan and support social and cultural initiatives that bring employees together and strengthen our sense of community.
- Lead and contribute to People & Culture projects that help us scale our processes, improve ways of working, and support our continued growth.

What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)
- You have established yourself as a trusted People & Culture Business Partner for leaders across Commercial and Product Delivery.
- Leaders see you as a proactive partner who understands their teams and helps them navigate people-related opportunities and challenges.
- Recruitment processes are efficient, structured, and deliver a strong experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Our onboarding and offboarding journeys are clearly owned, continuously improved, and create a strong employee experience.
- Engagement insights, pulse surveys, and feedback loops are translated into meaningful actions.
- You have contributed to People & Culture initiatives that strengthen our culture and help Dawn Health scale.
About You
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience within Human Resources, People & Culture, or a similar role – preferably from a fast-growing scale-up environment.
- Business Partnering: You have experience partnering with leaders, providing people guidance, and supporting teams through growth and change.
- Employee Experience: You have hands-on experience with employee lifecycle initiatives such as onboarding, engagement, communication, and people processes.
- Recruitment: You have experience driving end-to-end recruitment processes and building strong partnerships with hiring managers.
- Execution: You are structured, proactive, and comfortable owning projects from idea to implementation.
- Collaboration: You communicate clearly, build trust across different stakeholders, and enjoy working closely with leaders, employees, and your team.
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree within Human Resources, People Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Nice-to-haves / Bonus points
- Experience supporting commercial, product, technology, or cross-functional teams.
- Experience with people analytics, engagement platforms, HR systems, or improving scalable People & Culture processes.
