About the position
Sanos Data Management plays a central role in delivering high-quality clinical trial data. Our work spans the entire clinical trial lifecycle, from designing electronic data collection systems and supporting cross-functional study teams during trial conduct, to programmatically diving into clinical data being collected, to identify trends, ensure data consistency, and support participant safety. Ultimately, we deliver clean, reliable clinical databases ready for statistical analysis, regulatory submission, and market approval.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as either a Clinical Data Management Associate or Clinical Data Manager. The final role and level of responsibility will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and professional background. As part of our team, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical data management activities across a variety of clinical trials. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you will either support experienced Clinical Data Managers or take increasing responsibility for data management activities and study oversight within assigned clinical trials. Your responsibilities may include:
- Designing and maintaining electronic data collection systems (EDC)
- Programming data review checks and analyses in SAS to support data quality and participant safety
- Reviewing clinical data and data listings to identify inconsistencies, trends, and potential issues
- Collaborating closely with clinical operations, statistics, medical teams, and study sites
- Managing data queries and facilitating timely data corrections
- Contributing to database lock activities and the delivery of high-quality clinical trial databases
Whether joining as an Associate or a Data Manager, you will have the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise in clinical data management while strengthening your communication, collaboration, and project management skills in a dynamic clinical research environment. In short, you get to be part of our team’s efforts in delivering world-class clinical databases for advancing our clients’ drug development objectives and for authority submission and market approval.
Desired skills and experience
Preferably you have:
- An educational background in the areas of Health and Medical Sciences, Natural Sciences, or other relevant Health or Science education.
- Experience working with data, databases, or data analysis through previous employment, research, or academic projects.

- Programming experience in SAS, but experience in other programming languages is also an advantage.
- Experience with or knowledge of electronic data capture (EDC) systems used in clinical research.
- General knowledge of clinical trials and clinical research processes.
- For candidates applying at the Clinical Data Manager level, prior responsibility for data management activities within clinical studies will be considered an advantage.
Sanos is committed to supporting professional development. For new hires without prior experience in data management, we will provide the support and training needed to become well-equipped to handle the job requirements, while experienced professionals will have opportunities for continued growth and increasing responsibility.
