Strategic Account Manager – Infusion Solutions
Region: Austria
Help hospitals and homecare providers improve infusion therapy while building a strategic sales career with one of the world’s leading medical technology companies.
You’ll take ownership of sales, revenue and margin targets across Austria, covering infusion platforms and products. Your work will put you close to clinical decision-makers, homecare providers and partners, giving you the chance to shape long-term customer relationships and grow market share in both inpatient and ambulatory care.

What you’ll do
Managing revenue, volume and margin in your territory will give you real ownership of commercial results. You’ll plan, analyse and forecast business development, helping to identify opportunities and strengthen your position in the Austrian healthcare market.
You’ll advise, train and support hospitals, including product demonstrations, trials and clinical discussions. You’ll also support tenders and tender shaping, giving you exposure to complex strategic sales processes.
In the homecare segment, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with providers and partners, developing both new business and existing accounts. Contract and price negotiations will be a key part of the role, alongside market and competitor analysis to keep your territory strategy sharp.
You’ll also engage with Key Opinion Leaders in coordination with Marketing, within the infusion therapy .
You will be covering all of Austria, so you will be spending an extensive amount of time in the field.
What you’ll need
– A completed nursing qualification or comparable background. Additional qualifications such as pharmaceutical representative or medical device advisor are beneficial
– Experience in strategic sales, ideally within the DACH healthcare market
– Sales experience in the Operating Room (OR) and ideally with infusion therapy.
– Ability to travel around 70% (within Austria)
– Fluent German and good English skills
