We are looking for a Student Operator who wants to help us build the operational engine behind that vision.
This is not a traditional student role. You will work closely with the founder and help improve the systems, workflows, and automations that make the business more productive, more scalable, and better run.
You should be excited by questions like:
- How can we reduce manual work?
- How can AI support better execution without lowering quality?
- How can we create an exceptional customer experience?
- How do we turn good ways of working into repeatable systems?
- How do we build a business that runs smarter and scales well?
What you will work on
You will help us improve and build workflows across the business, including:
- mapping and improving internal processes
- documenting how work should be done in a clear and scalable way
- identifying repetitive tasks that can be automated
- building automations and workflows across our tools
- creating more advanced workflow chains that remove repetitive work and improve productivity
- supporting stronger use of AI in research, workflow execution, knowledge capture, and internal operations
- improving data quality, structure, and consistency across systems
- helping create reporting and operational visibility where needed
- working closely with the founder on projects related to systems, productivity, and operating discipline
Examples of projects
Depending on your profile, your work may include:
- improving workflow structure in our CRM and adjacent tools
- helping operationalize AI-supported workflows in recruiting and business development
- creating no-code or low-code automations
- improving note capture, summaries, templates, and process documentation
- reducing friction in recurring internal tasks
- helping turn founder-driven ways of working into systems others can follow
- running and maintaining systems, automations, and AI prompts
Who you are
We imagine that you:

- are comfortable working independently
- are not afraid of messy workflows and unfinished systems
- have strong written and verbal English skills
It is a plus if you have experience with
- no-code or low-code tools
- workflow design or process improvement
- AI tools in a professional setting
- CRM, ATS, or other operational systems
- spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting
- prompt design, documentation, or internal knowledge systems
You do not need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you are sharp, curious, structured, and motivated by building.
