Your new position
As a Student Assistant in CMC Development, you will support day-to-day activities related to drug substance, analytical and pharmaceutical development. The role combines practical tasks with data-related and operational support, helping ensure smooth execution of development activities. You will work closely with colleagues across the CMC Development organization and contribute to reliable delivery in a busy and collaborative environment.
We Offer Exciting Responsibilities
- Handling and basic review of CMC-related data in collaboration with the team
- Preparing, packing, and shipping samples and goods, including required documentation
- Supporting practical CMC Development activities and ongoing project work
- Assisting with organization of samples, labels, and related records to ensure traceability
- Supporting preparation and maintenance of simple overviews (e.g., Excel trackers) and status updates
- Helping with ad hoc practical and administrative tasks in the team
Your profile
The ideal candidate is curious, service-minded, and enjoys supporting colleagues in a collaborative environment. A structured approach and attention to detail are important, along with pride in delivering accurate work. Onboarding and training will be provided, so prior experience within CMC or pharmaceutical development is not required—strong interest and willingness to learn are essential.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical development and curiosity to learn CMC-related workflows
- Structured and detail-oriented approach with focus on quality and accuracy
- Comfortable working with data and digital tools (e.g., Excel)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently after onboarding
- Collaborative mindset and motivation to support colleagues in day-to-day operations

You will join the CMC Development organization and collaborate with colleagues working across drug substance, analytical, and pharmaceutical development. The team supports development projects through a mix of scientific, data-driven, and operational activities, with a strong focus on collaboration and dependable execution.
