We’re hiring a Product Manager for our newly launched platform. You’ll report to our Product Director and work closely with your cross-functional team (Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Product Marketing).
This role sits within the Product team for our newly launched platform. As a Product Manager at SimplerQMS, you’ll own and drive product initiatives from early inception to rollout and successful adoption. Your biggest focus will be to lead initiatives that will make our product better by removing friction, helping our customers reach their "AHA! moment" quicker, and finding ways to bring delight to our customers by anticipating their next chore and helping them to complete it easier.
You will collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product Marketing to ensure that product increments are understood, adopted, and effectively communicated to customers. You will lead a cross-functional, outcomes-driven team focused on experimentation and continuous improvement of the activation and adoption journey.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Converging business goals, user needs, and technical opportunities into product increments that reduce friction, improve time-to-value, and drive ongoing usage
- Driving initiatives that shorten time-to-value and help users reach critical aha moments
- Turning customer insights, data, and feedback into clear hypotheses and experiments that improve activation and adoption
- Running product discovery with a high degree of stakeholder and end-user involvement, especially with Customer Success and key customer accounts
- Defining and tracking key metrics and dashboards for activation, adoption, and product health, and using them to guide decisions and report progress
- Analyzing behavioral, customer, and commercial data to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact improvements
- Reviewing and following up on launched product increments, facilitating learning in the team, and identifying iterations and improvements
- Working with Design and Engineering to deliver product improvements that influence behavior and deepen adoption
- Partnering with Customer Success to capture onboarding insights and align product changes with retention goals
- Collaborating with Product Marketing to ensure new capabilities and improvements are clearly communicated and adopted
What SimplerQMS is looking for
We Are Looking For a Product Manager (minimum 3–5 Years Of Experience) With a Strong Activation/adoption Orientation And a Solid Product Management Toolbox. You Should Bring Most Of The Following
- Experience driving activation, onboarding, adoption, or retention in a SaaS product.
- Strong commercial mindset with clear understanding of how user behavior and product decisions impact revenue and renewals.
- Solid product management foundations: discovery, experimentation, prioritization, and iterative delivery.
- Ability to turn insights from Customer Success, data, and user research into decisions that directly improve activation metrics.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, especially with CS, Marketing, Design, and Engineering.
- Comfortable analyzing behavioral data to uncover patterns, friction points, and opportunities.
- B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus; domain expertise in pharma or compliance is not required.
- Excellent communicator with strong analytical thinking and stakeholder alignment skills.
