For this position, unfortunately we do not provide relocation support (we sponsor visas), therefore we are looking for candidates
living in Sweden.
What You Do
- Assist our Stockholm team in further establishing ourselves as a premiere AI consultancy firm in Sweden and the Nordics
- Keep up with the rapidly developing field of AI, both on an academic and application level.
- You have a good understanding of the market, the emerging Swedish AI product ecosystem and how companies are applying AI in their business
- Deliver value to our clients by helping them develop the best data-driven solutions. These solutions can be strategic (e.g. companies that want to become more data-driven) and/or implementation-oriented (e.g. building AI agents, a data platform, integrating AI models with clients’ systems, applying AI for commercial excellence)
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Align ML strategies with business objectives. Maintain strong client relationships and provide sparring on choice of solutions
- Work hands-on in the cloud: configuring/provisioning infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring observability
- Collaborate with a team of professionals with whom you are building a fast-growing company
- Develop and challenge yourself during internal and external knowledge-sharing and training sessions
- Be a brand ambassador by embracing our company values: comprehensive, pragmatic, trust and ownership
What you bring: - 2-6 years of working experience in areas such as Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics or Artificial Intelligence
- A quantitative MA degree (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Data Science, AI, Computer Science)
- Hands-on experience and understanding of processing unstructured (text) data, using NLP algorithms or LLMs
- Software development skills and hands-on experience deploying to the cloud (e.g. provisioning infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring)
- Expertise in programming in Python
- Expertise in AI development frameworks such as LangChain, Autogen, Llamaindex
- Familiarity in Cloud environments
- Expertise in working with databases and database languages
- Consultancy experience is a big plus
- Excellent command of both English and Swedish
