What you'll be doing
- Lead the creation of a new international Customer Service function, starting in the Nordics and scaling to other markets
- Define and implement a scalable global customer service strategy that supports B2B partners—pharmacies, wholesalers, and mass retailers
- Build and manage a high-performing team across multiple countries and time zones
- Own daily operations to ensure a seamless, responsive, and high-quality customer experience
- Act as the key connector between Customer Service, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Develop and refine KPIs, tools, and service standards to ensure operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvements to elevate the customer journey and satisfaction
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer to support strategic business decisions
- Ensure compliance with contracts, pricing, product availability, and local regulations
- Champion digitalization and automation within the service function
- Promote knowledge-sharing and best practices across regions to ensure consistency
Requirements
- Proven track record in building and leading international Customer Service teams
- Deep understanding of B2B customer environments—experience in FMCG, healthcare, or pharma is highly valued
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Sales and Supply Chain
- Hands-on, structured, and solution-driven approach—you thrive in fast-paced, agile environments
- Confident working with data, KPIs, and systems (ERP/CRM), ideally IFS, SAP, or Salesforce
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (preferably Swedish)
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities
- Comfortable operating across cultures and geographies in international organisations
