What you'll be doing
- Be the go-to contact for our pharmacy and retail customers in the Nordics—resolving order-related questions and ensuring timely communication.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.
- Send order confirmations and manage inquiries with precision and speed.
- Proactively communicate stock availability, delivery delays, and provide solutions.
- Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to remove roadblocks and boost customer satisfaction.
- Handle complex inquiries and escalations with a structured, customer-first approach.
- Log and follow up on customer cases, supporting ongoing improvement efforts.
- Support customer-specific processes including campaigns, promotional deliveries, and tailored reporting.
- Share customer insights internally to help improve product availability and service levels
Requirements
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain—ideally from a fast-moving, product-driven environment.
- Comfortable navigating ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Navision, or similar).
- Fluent in both English and Swedish.
- Confident using Excel and Outlook as daily tools.
- Previous experience in FMCG, healthcare, or pharma is a strong plus.
- You're structured, solutions-focused, and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders to deliver results.
