As we scale our platform and commercialize breakthrough solutions, we’re looking for a Director of Operations to help us build a world-class organization.
This is a key leadership role reporting to the SLT, perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll lead internal operations, drive cross-functional delivery, and ensure we’re running as effectively as we’re innovating.
What you’ll do
- Act as the operational right hand to the CEO
- Lead business operations (planning, budgeting, compliance, procurement, IT, HR processes)
- Ensure effective coordination across teams (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Commercial)
- Own internal reporting (KPIs, OKRs), planning cycles, and delivery tracking
- Build systems and processes that enable scale, clarity, and accountability
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years of experience in operations, program delivery, or strategic execution
- Strong track record in managing and scaling operations, preferably in manufacturing, or tech-heavy industry
- Excellent communicator with strong analytical and systems thinking skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth or regulated settings
- Able to manage and lead a multifunction team
- Fluent in English (we are a multinational team from 20+ countries)
- Proven negotiation skills a plus
