About Hemab
At Hemab, we are redefining the way rare bleeding and thrombotic disorders are understood and treated. Our goal is to become the ultimate clotting company, setting new standards in evidence generation and patient-centric innovation. With headquarters in both Boston and Copenhagen, we cultivate an agile, forward-thinking environment where curiosity, creativity, and data-driven insights fuel our success. If you are a deep thinker who thrives on using evidence to drive change, we want you on our team.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Global Value & Evidence Lead who goes beyond traditional methodologies and embraces innovative approaches to evidence generation. This is not your typical HEOR role, we need someone who will challenge conventional thinking and develop real-world evidence strategies that reshape how bleeding disorders are managed, valued, and reimbursed globally.
You will be shaping the HEOR blueprint for Hemab, ensuring our data not only supports market access and payer decisions but also serves as a catalyst for scientific and patient advocacy. You will thrive at Hemab if you view evidence as a dynamic, evolving tool rather than a static set of models.
What You’ll Do
- Drive innovation in evidence generation to shape the future of bleeding and thrombotic disorder treatment
- Develop and execute HEOR strategies to augment the clinical development plan and enable global access of our therapies
- Leverage Real-World Evidence (RWE) – Utilize cutting-edge analytics, AI-driven insights, and novel data sources to articulate voice of patients and build compelling value stories
- Enhance Health Economics Models – Develop cost-effectiveness analyses, budget impact models, and patient-reported outcomes
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work with clinical development, regulatory affairs, patient advocacy, medical affairs, and commercial teams to integrate evidence into impactful narratives
- Engage Key Stakeholders – Partner with patient advocacy groups, HTAs, payers, KOLs, and lived experience experts to implement patient-focused HEOR strategies
- Translate Data into Actionable Insights – Communicate HEOR findings in a way that resonates with payers, policymakers, and the broader healthcare ecosystem
- Tailor Evidence Strategies Across Modalities: Adapt HEOR frameworks to address diverse therapeutic modalities and varied dosing regimens, ensuring each product’s unique value is clearly demonstrated to payers and other stakeholders
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker who seeks innovative ways to apply HEOR principles to complex challenges
- Someone who sees evidence generation as a way to drive better patient outcomes
- A skilled communicator who can translate technical data into compelling, real-world insights
- A collaborative leader who can bring together diverse stakeholders to advance HEOR goals
- A problem solver who embraces data as a means to create meaningful change
What You Bring
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or Master’s in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field)
- 5+ years of HEOR experience in biotech, pharma, consultancy, or academia—preferably in rare disease or specialty therapeutics
- Expertise in health economic modeling, RWE methodologies, and patient-centered outcomes research
- Experience with digital data ecosystems, AI-driven insights, and next-gen analytics to advance HEOR beyond traditional boundaries
- Hands-on experience with HTA, payer engagement, and shaping evidence for market access
- Strong communication skills with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful narratives
- An agile mindset, ready to challenge assumptions and innovate
