What You’ll Do
As our new Finance Manager, you will lead the budgeting, accounting, reporting, and audit processes for the PSV funds and investments pillars. Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service and results through seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for fund reporting
- Handle Performance Analysis of PSV and our portfolio companies
- Conduct valuation of our investments and financial data collection across our portfolio companies
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to our CFO; for example, preparation of financial analyses and allocation models
- Provide financial sparring to our portfolio companies e.g. regarding reviews of budgets, due diligence and financial models
- Optimize internal processes
- Enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
