Responsibilities

Conduct key customer visits and trainings for pharmacies, HCPs, and mass-market stakeholders
Lead pharmacy sales, including negotiations, contracts, and chain agreements (TMI)
Manage mass-market sales, tenders, negotiations, and contracts
Oversee sales management processes, including field reporting and local stock management
Act as the head user for sales reporting systems, driving development, follow-ups, and reporting
Develop and manage partnerships, negotiations, and contracts in the online sales space
Support financial controls, supply chain processes, and local stock optimization
Collaborate with the local management team to shape and implement strategic objectives
Serve as a key voice in the local management team, contributing to business growth and innovation

Requirements

Proven track record in sales and key account management within the pharmacy or healthcare industries as well as with the related reporting and market systems
Strong background in e-commerce and online sales strategies
Exceptional skills in negotiations, contracts, and customer relationship management
Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable results
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and building trust at all levels
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenge
Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel regularly within Finland and the Helsinki area
