NorFalk’s company culture
We value personality and opinions and want everyone to feel valued and heard. This is done through a flat management structure, where everyone helps to create the workplace, where we thrive as a team.
To perform at a high level, it is important to prioritize both mental and physical health. Therefore, we offer the possibility of joint physical activities at least 3 times a week during the workday, paid for by NorFalk. In short, we have fun together, while ensuring that we move forward, and that we stay on track with company milestones.
Our culture is strongly influenced by an Agile mindset with a systematic meeting structure:
- Each morning, we have a morning meeting where we align our daily tasks.
- Every other week, we have a commercial status meetings.
- One day each month, we have a “team day”, where we reflect on and discuss workflows and experiences during the past month. As a part of this monthly team day, we do activities together, such as yoga or minigolf, or we invite an external speaker to inspire us on a personal or professional level.
An essential part of the NorFalk culture is that we care about each other as human beings, not human doings. We therefore always prioritize taking 5 minutes to “lend an ear” if e.g. a colleague has problems at home.
At NorFalk, we have established health insurance, as well as a pension scheme.
