We’re looking for a Pharma Marketing Specialist who knows the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry inside out. You understand where industry conversations happen, how professionals build networks and evaluate emerging technologies, and what influences purchasing decisions.
You know where the industry connects, what gets key stakeholders engaged, and how to bring innovative solutions into the conversation to support drug discovery, translational research, biomarker development, and clinical research. What We Do
Evosep aims to improve quality of life and patient care by radically innovating protein based clinical diagnostics. Making sample preparation and separation before MS analysis 10 times faster and 100 times more robust will enable truly large cohort studies for biomarker validation and provide the foundation for precision medicine.
Key Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing programs targeting pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers.
- Act as Evosep's expert on pharma customer needs, communication channels, and market trends.
- Create compelling campaigns, customer stories, webinars, scientific content, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Leverage relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Identify opportunities to increase Evosep's visibility and credibility within the pharmaceutical community.
- Collaborate with sales, market development, applications, and strategic partners to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should also ideally bring:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in pharma, biotech, CRO, diagnostics, or life science tools.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, translational research, and drug development workflows.
- Proven ability to create marketing programs that resonate with scientific and technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Life science degree required; advanced degree (MSc or PhD) preferred.
You understand not only what pharma companies do, but how they communicate, collaborate, and adopt new technologies. You have a strong network within the industry, know where scientific and commercial conversations take place, and can translate market insight into impactful marketing programs that drive business growth.
