As Strategy Specialist, you will work closely with our CEO and the Strategy Team on managing larger strategic initiatives, driving our organizational strategy process, and securing organizational alignment as BII continues to scale.

As a Strategy Specialist, you will become part of a passionate team of four dedicated colleagues, all united by the ambition to make sure that BII’s strategy, governance, and organizational execution stay tightly connected, while building the resilience BII needs to scale and adapt. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Take on the role of leading key strategic development projects anchored in the Executive Office
- Support the CEO on strategic and organizational matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Drive the organizational strategy and KPI process
- Support strategic portfolio management across BII
- Help secure organizational alignment across teams and initiatives
- Develop materials, often PowerPoint, that translate ideas or plans into clear, compelling concepts
Professional & Personal Qualifications
We seek a colleague who is driven by purpose and motivated to help bring science to life. Ideally, you bring the following competencies and skills:
- At least 3-5years of project management, strategy or consultant experience
- Not afraid to take ownership and lead new strategic initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, with the ability to take an idea from concept through to a compelling narrative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with a flexible mindset, comfortable pivoting as priorities shift
- Strong organizational skills, with an eye for driving alignment across teams
- Proficiency in English at a professional level, both written and spoken. Written and spoken proficiency in Danish is an advantage.
