KLIFO is a premium drug development consultancy and leading provider of full-service Clinical Trial Supply. This is an exciting time to join our company as we have recently expanded our Clinical Trial Supply capacity and sharpened our strategic footprint in our Advisory business.

In this role you will report to the Executive Assistant, and you will be a part of a dynamic and highly experienced Finance, Legal & IT team, located in Brøndby.
As the decisive IT stakeholder in KLIFO, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across all departments, functions and levels of the organization, as well as with relevant external suppliers. This includes the primary responsibility towards our preferred IT supplier, which hosts, maintains and operates our servers and PCs and provides support to our users.
The position is a part-time role estimated to three (3) days per week, unless otherwise agreed.
As IT Manager, you will contribute by:
Taking responsibility for maintaining and developing a compliant, stable, effective, secure and cost-effective IT infrastructure that supports KLIFO’s business needs.
Main contributions include:
- Ensure a seamless and productive user experience and provide practical IT support to colleagues with different levels of IT proficiency.
- Coordinate KLIFO’s IT suppliers, follow up on agreed services and costs, and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain stable, predictable and highly available IT services for business-critical operations.
- Manage and develop KLIFO’s general IT platform and act as System Administrator for selected business systems.
- Maintain a compliant IT infrastructure and support compliance and audits in close cooperation with the business divisions.
- Follow up on cyber security improvements and help protect systems, data and business operations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize capacity, licenses, contracts, costs and resource utilization.
- Lead IT projects and support KLIFO’s growth through digitalization and automation in close cooperation with the business divisions.
Your Background and Qualifications
Besides a basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, our next IT Manager is:
- Genuinely interested in facilitating an effective support setup for users at all levels of IT proficiency and able to explain technical matters in a clear and helpful way.
- Able to build trusted and constructive relationships with IT suppliers and internal stakeholders across the organization.
- Able to work independently, prioritize effectively and adapt when urgent matters disrupt planned activities.
- Interested in supporting a life science business with compliance, computerized systems and audit contributions.
- Business-oriented and able to balance user needs with business value, compliance, security and cost considerations.
- Able to act as project manager or coordinator for IT projects and improvement initiatives.
- Experienced in reviewing IT contracts and understanding supplier scope, responsibilities and commercial terms.
- Experience, either as in-house IT Manager in a company or as an IT consultant.
- Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
