As a student assistant, you will become part of a passionate team of 9 dedicated colleagues, all united by the ambition to support startups in becoming successful. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting areas, including our BII Acceleration Program, while also exploring new challenges that drive innovation and impact. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Support planning, coordination and execution of different program elements in the BII Acceleration Program e.g. onboarding, bootcamps, deep dives, roundtables, and other elements. Here you will also contribute with valuable ideas and insights aimed at optimizing the overall effectiveness of our program elements
- Coordinate with external service providers to deliver our key program elements
- Support start-ups with admin on different areas, such as our community platform
- Support the Program Management Team with general ad hoc administrative tasks, including assistance with PowerPoint presentations and gathering information from BII Startups as well as BII colleagues.
- Support operational excellence projects in collaboration with your colleagues

You have demonstrated experience and are able to work independently and structured. You appreciate being in a support role, knowing that your work is essential for the coherence and quality in the program. As an individual, you thrive in a job with the complexity of taking on responsibility by yourself and at the same time being a part of a team. Attention to detail is a natural part of your job, as well as being focused on delivering the highest quality.
As a student assistant, you find that helping and supporting others is a motivating part of your daily work.
- 2nd- or 3rd-yearBachelor’sstudent, or a 1st-yearMaster’sstudent in Business Management(innovation, business development, entrepreneurship, communication)or similar.
- Ability to take own initiatives and engage with colleagues from various teams and backgrounds with great energy.
- Ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently within agreed deadlines.
- Is service minded, analytical, pays attention to details and works in a structured manner with high quality standards.
- Is willing to take on administrative and practical tasks (including assisting at various events)
- Has experience or interest in working with collecting and processing data
- Proficiency in English at a professional level, both written and spoken
The working hours are 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate studies and exams.
