Are you an experienced project planner ready to take ownership and drive planning excellence in one of the most dynamic industries in the world? Do you have a proven track record of managing complex project schedules and leading planning efforts across large-scale pharmaceutical or engineering projects?
If you’re looking for a role where your expertise makes a real impact — and where you help shape both projects and people — then keep reading.
DO YOU WANT TO BE PART OF THE GOOD STORY?
You will take a leading role working alongside our consultants and client stakeholders, driving project planning from the front. You will be the go-to planning expert on your engagements, responsible for developing and maintaining complex project schedules, facilitating risk assessments, establishing progress measurement frameworks, and delivering high-quality reporting.
You will also play an active role in contributing to how we develop our planning practice internally.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
You’re an experienced planner who thrives on structure, precision, and cross-functional collaboration. You know how to navigate complex project environments and can engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels of a customer organisation. You bring both technical depth and the communication skills to translate planning data into meaningful insights for your audience.
Your experience and background:
- +3 years of hands-on experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or engineering sector
- Proficient in industry-standard planning tools — P6 and Microsoft Project are expected; experience with business intelligence programs such as Power BI or Tableau is a strong advantage
- Experienced in schedule development, baseline management, critical path analysis, and earned value or progress measurement
- Skilled at communicating schedule progress and risks to stakeholders, and proactive in raising flags early when issues or delays are anticipated
- Highly structured and detail-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- A strong communicator in English, both written and spoken — Danish is a plus
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Can operate independently and take full ownership of planning deliverables on your engagements
- Are confident engaging with and challenging stakeholders across different levels of a customer’s organisation
- Adapt well to both long-term assignments and rapidly shifting project priorities
- Have the drive to not only deliver, but to continuously improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues
- Bring something unique to the table — a special perspective, skill, or experience that sets you apart
Our consultants work primarily on-site with our customers, and we expect a degree of flexibility when it comes to work location — including assignments outside of Copenhagen, across Zealand, and with opportunities to engage on projects abroad. As a senior profile, you will also have a real voice in shaping how we grow as a company, both professionally and culturally.
