The Role
You will join our AI developer team and work closely with our existing developer to build the automation and AI infrastructure that makes aioss run faster and smarter. You work directly with the marketing and ecommerce team to identify what should be automated, then you build it.
This is a hands-on execution role. You are comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy working in a small technical team, and are energized by shipping things that actually get used.
What You'll Do
- Design and build automation workflows across marketing, ecommerce, and operations
- Build AI-powered pipelines for creative production, campaign reporting, and content workflows
- Develop and maintain integrations across our tech stack including Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and our subscription platform.
- Build internal AI tools and agents that remove manual work from the team
- Contribute to data flows and ensure clean, reliable reporting across channels
- Prototype fast and iterate in production
What We're Looking For
- Strong engineering skills with production-quality code
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
- Experience with automation tools.
- Comfortable with API integrations, webhooks, and building on top of third-party platforms
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar platforms
