The opportunity:
We’re looking for a sharp and ambitious Product Management Assistant (Student) to join our Product organization at Dawn Health.
This is not a passive support role. You will take ownership of core operational systems that enable our entire Product organization to plan, prioritize, and deliver effectively. You will work directly with our Director of Product Management and be exposed to a lot of different areas of the business.
If you’re studying business, engineering, data science, or a related field, have aspirations for product management, and have flexibility in your schedule, this is a unique opportunity to gain real operational ownership while being exposed to strategic product initiatives.
What you’ll do:
You will be brought along for various initiatives across the organization, working closely with the Product team. The specific tasks will change month to month, but some example may be:
1. Managing the Product Management Agentic Workflow
We use an agentic workflow to accelerate time from hypothesis to concept, concept to prototype, and beyond. You may be responsible for helping to improve this workflow and ensure it runs seamlessly with other agents run by engineering, RAQA, etc.
2. Company Staff Planning
You may own and continuously improve our company-wide staff planning tool. This includes:
- Maintaining and updating resource allocations across product teams
- Ensuring forecast accuracy and highlighting gaps or overcommitments
- Supporting scenario planning for new initiatives
- Helping leadership understand trade-offs between roadmap ambition and team capacit
Your work will directly improve our ability to forecast resource needs and make data-based prioritization decisions.
3. Cross-Portfolio Artifacts
You may own and maintain key cross-portfolio product artifacts, including:
- Our Portfolio Roadmap
- Monthly reporting actions and follow-ups
- Consolidated visibility into product progress and risks
About you:
We’re less focused on your exact degree and more interested in your mindset.
You might be studying business, engineering, data science, finance, or a related field. What matters most is that you:
- Are ambitious and want to take real ownership
- Are structured and detail-oriented
- Care about data quality and operational excellence
- Are comfortable working in spreadsheets and structured tools
- Think in systems and enjoy improving processes
- Are adept at Excel and capable of learning new tools quickly
- Use AI tools (beyond ChatGPT) in your day-to-day
- Communicate clearly in English
You thrive in environments where expectations are high and the work matters. You don’t wait to be told what to do — you look for ways to make things better.
Nices to haves – bonus points:
- Experience with planning tools, reporting, analytics, or product environments is a plus — but drive and engagement matter more.
What we offer:
- A portfolio of meaningful products that impact patient lives at scale.
- Autonomy, trust, and support to do the best work of your career.
- An open, collaborative environment with talented peers across engineering, design, clinical, and regulatory.
- Career growth in one of the leading digital health scale-ups, alongside world-class pharma partners.
- The opportunity to leave your mark on the future of digital health.
- Copenhagen’s best view and best office espresso machine ☕️

- A culture that values initiative, clarity, and accountability
