In our next phase, we are looking for a Quality Consulting Director who will support the growth and stability of our Quality practice.
About the role
You will combine client work with driving the Quality practice and owning DAQUMA’s internal quality and ISMS/QMS setup.
You will:
- Co-Lead the Quality practice – support the Practice Lead, set direction for Quality & CSV services, and be main point of contact on quality topics internally and towards clients.
- Drive commercial development – shape offerings, join key client meetings, and help grow revenue and profitability of the Quality practice.
- Implement ISMS & QMS – lead our ISMS (NorthGRC / ISO 27001 ambitions) and core QMS activities (SOPs, templates, training, internal audits, CAPA, management review) in a lean, consultancy-friendly way.
- Grow people and capability – mentor junior and mid-level CSV consultants, support recruitment and onboarding, and anchor knowledge sharing.
Initially, most of your time will be spent on client projects, with the internal leadership share growing as the practice scales.
About you
We expect you to bring a strong Quality/CSV toolbox and be comfortable taking the lead.
Professionally, you likely:
- Have 7+ years’ experience within GxP Quality, CSV or IT Quality in pharma, biotech, medical devices or a similar regulated industry.
- Have solid hands-on experience with validation of computerized systems/SaaS and typical documentation (VMP, URS, risk assessment, test plans, traceability, reports).
- Understand key frameworks such as EU GMP Annex 11/15, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5; experience with ISMS / ISO 27001 is a given.
- Have led projects, workstreams or teams and are comfortable in commercial discussions (scope, estimates, budget, proposals).
- Communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
