Neocare Nordic is expanding internationally, and we’re looking for an European Sales & Marketing Manager to help us bring our neonatal innovations to markets primarily across Europe.

Neocare Nordic (www.neocarenordic.com) is an innovative medical technology company dedicated to improving neonatal outcomes through smart, practical Medical Device solutions. After launching our first product in Denmark last year, we are accelerating our international growth and building a strong global distribution network. NeoCare Nordic has developed a unique solution to a huge challenge within Neonatology benefitting Preterm babies, Parents and Hospital Professionals. NeoCare has succeeded in bringing our Product, CareFold, from idea to market in less than 3 years.
The Role
As our International Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and supporting distributors, and developing impactful marketing strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint across Europe and work closely with Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) to support early adoption. You will be part of a highly dedicated team supporting each other across the company and in sales.
What You’ll Do
● Build and manage distributor networks across key regions.
● Lead market entry and expansion initiatives.
● Drive sales performance and achieve ambitious growth targets.
● Develop marketing strategies and materials aligned with distributor needs.
● Analyze market trends and provide insights to leadership.
● Represent Neocare Nordic at conferences, trade fairs, and industry events.
● Build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and clinical stakeholders.
● Work closely together across the NeoCare Nordic team.
● Be part of planning and further expanding the sales team as we grow.
Who You Are
A self-driven, resilient commercial professional who thrives in dynamic markets. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and bring integrity, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
What You Bring
● A strong Teamplayer mindset
● Degree in Business, Sales, or related field - or a nursing background.
● Preferably experience within neonatology.
● Minimum 3 years of international MedTech/Medical Device sales experience or other highly regulated business area.
● Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
● IT and CRM skills.
● Excellent communication and cross-cultural relationship-building abilities
● Fluency in English: Written and Spoken; other Western European languages are a plus
● Willingness to travel (up to 25%)

You will work in an On-site semi-hybrid setting with office days and travelling, while keeping flexibility of remote working an option.
