In the summer of 2022, we started a consultancy supporting life science companies with IT implementations and Data Management. We believe in a flexible and flat hierarchy where you can partake in directing DAQUMA’s and your professional course.
DAQUMA is off to a great start and that is why we are looking for more people to join the adventure. We seek someone with a technical mindset and Veeva experience, to support implementing and configuring systems for our clients, and thereby have an impact on the growth journey DAQUMA has embarked on.
About the Role
As a Configuration Specialist, you will support DAQUMA’s Life Science and Pharma clients with implementation and configuration of new systems. More specifically you will:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and workflow.
- Implement and configure IT systems based on client specifications.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide technical support as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on system usage and best practices.
About You
You bring:
- Experience with Veeva systems.
- Vault Platform Associate Administrator certification (not required, but a plus).
- A proactive mindset and a passion for problem solving and delivering impactful solutions.
- Experience in the Life Science industry.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Great communication skills.
